Making both ends meet
Busy as a bee. Work, school, work. Well that is how I could describe my busy schedule these past few days or months; so to speak. As of now, I could barely realize the veracity of the saying that the hardest part in the academic world one can be situated in was being a student and an educator - both at the same time. Teaching and law school have been the hardest things to reconcile these past few days. Ive been trying so bad to update this blog but, try as I may, I always found difficulty doing so. These past few months I have so much to write about but everything just kept slippping away because I was not able to secure an opportunity to write or publish them. Finally I have finished season three of OTH and season one of Prison Break, my hard disk just crashed, the NASHDC I have attended as an observer, news about the mythical Palparan and his special inclination to cedulas, the nights I was standed and bared to walk through the floods, the death of Steve Irwin, Charter Change and so many more; these are the things I have missed writing because of the intricacies of life. On the light of things, I all can say is that God is good - that after all I am surviving. At the end of the day, I finally realize my predicament is not as big as what other people have encountered or is presently dealing with right now. Indeed life brings challenges that we must overcome no matter how hard it may be. In life, every day is a war. There are battles to be won, obstacles to be overcome and horizons to be conquered. |
